HOW WE PERFORM OUR WORK
DETERMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS:
In cooperation with our customer, the objective is to find the perfect solution for the specific requirements. Important criteria are:
- Bulk cargo
- Condition of the bulk cargo
- Existing or planned crane system
- Existing or planned installation space (e.g. interfering edges)
- Type and design of the bulk material
Construction:
Our construction department designs the ordered grab. We are working with state-of-the-art equipment, for example a 3D-CAD volume modeller. Efficient software, qualified engineers and the right materials are ensuring a product, which is showing magnificent and reliable handling performance.
Production:
In our workshop, we convert theory into practice. Well-trained staff and modern machines are working together in ideal-matched working processes. Our manufactory has a size of approx. 8.000 m² and is completely sheltered. With our crane-systems, we are able to handle the complete production process.
We steadily revise the qualification of our workers according to DIN EN 1090, to ensure a professional execution of the workload and advanced methods of manufacturing.
Warehouse:
In addition to the vertical range of manufacturing, we operate a huge warehouse, where most of the common parts are on stock. This enables us to react quickly, when the customer needs our help. Moreover, we can compensate supply bottlenecks in the market. Short response times at the delivery of spare parts or the posting of technicians are one of the unique selling points of MRS.
